Bay West LIFE was started in 2009 by a group of retirees to promote life-long learning and education in Dickinson County. The group recently donated a $1,000 scholarship to assist two Bay College students at West Campus over the age of 50 for the Academic Year 2017-2018.
Scholarship donations from organizations such as Bay West LIFE help remove financial barriers for students. The opportunities provided by scholarships help students reach their academic goal of receiving a college degree and enhancing their future career.
Students should apply online at www.baycollege.edu/scholarshipapp
. Bay College awards nearly 300 scholarships totaling over $300,000 every year to future, current, and returning students.
